Viva La Revolución de Appalachia was created in 2007 as a campaign to bring together folks who are proud of their ties to Appalachia, or anyone who supports the recognizes the need for change to protect the integrity and future of the region’s people, environment, health and culture.
The Shirt
This is the seventh edition of the Viva La Revolución de Appalachia shirt, which is black with light ink this time. Shirts are $20 (free shipping) and only available as pre-sale online until April 27:

A portion of the proceeds from shirt sales will benefit the Appalachian Community Fund, a publicly supported, nonprofit grant-making organization that provides resources and support to grassroots organizations working to overcome the underlying causes of poverty and injustice in Central Appalachia (East Tennessee, Eastern Kentucky, Southwest Virginia and West Virginia).
